My computer today is a 4GHz insprion with a 250GB hard drive. My computer in grade school was... umm. An electric typewriter?
The state-of-the-art gaming system today is an xbox 360 or something (I don't keep up with that). The state-of-the-art gaming system back then was the Atari 2600.
"Amazing graphics" refers to the lifelike renderings and occasionally actual video footage. Back then, we were still waiting for 8-bit. ;)
