I used to do strawberry jelly with cream cheese on an english muffin...but smashed and cooked on a panini press.

I actually got the idea from the grocery store simple meals lady!

I've heard of cream cheese + jelly and peanut butter + jelly. But peanut butter and cream cheese was different :)
