Contaminated Baby Food in CA?

Did anyone else see this:

My MIL e-mailed me that she tossed out a jar of baby food she had for Alan just in case.

He's past the point at 21 months, I'm not sure why she still had the jar. He eats the toddler meat sticks and toddler meals these days (and the cookies).
