I saw a very minor accident yesterday. A large vehicle (SUV or Minvan, it was hard to tell from my vantage point) swerved a little too close to the bus I was riding on, and took out the tail lights on the bus. Then the stupid car just drove off! Meanwhile the bus driver had to stop and phone it in, and she got several people to sign statements as witnesses to the fact that it was utterly not her fault. The bus was at a bus stop at that moment and not in motion. She never made it to the back of the bus (where I witnessed the whole thing) so I didn't get to sign her statement.

I didn't feel any impact whatsoever, proving that a city bus can beat up an SUV! :-)
