We had the big pot luck at lunch today - lots of stuff to eat - I was very stuffed :)

Alan was in a much better mood tonight - he did very well when I took him to the allergist for his flu shot. He did squirm when the nurse got him and I think the needle got a little bent, but he didn't really cry or freak out - much better than the doctor's visit and blood draw recently. Only 2 cavities left on his medical to do list - the first being filled Wednesday, hopefully they'll go well.

Got my first holiday card today!

The girls have dental appointments soon.
They scream the place down - especially Saffron.
I'm looking forward to it even less than they are.

I don't think David would cope at all. How to you keep Alan calm during it?

I have NO idea. He's a pediatric dentist who does laser dentistry (quick apparently) - apparently he can numb Alan with a shot. Alan was suprisingly cooperative on his last visit - but he has managed to deal with Alan since he was 9 months old!
