Every so often we go to CB's too. The kids love the salad bar and it is a quick lunch for me at work every now and then. That said, there are only a handful of things I will order from their menu. Most of it I can't eat anyway (don't eat shellfish, pork or mix meat and dairy). I will remember about the pot roast!
