There's (s)no(w) school today! (an old bit from WBCN's Big Mattress - wish I could find the MP3 of this somewhere). Anyway Alan's home and DH took a vacation day. Wish I could join them, but deadlines insist I work from home.

Wonder how bad it *IS* out now anyway?

There isn't that much snow, it's that 2-inch thick sheet of ice that is the problem. Where I live it is still freezing raining.
