The USPS s*cks
Last week I ordered some sale items from Naartjie. I wanted them delivered to my office in NYC - zip code 10036.
Well, as it turns out they have been attempted to be delivered to an address in zip code 10013 and are now sitting in the 10013 post office. There are TWO 10013 post offices (neither being near me). You can't call them - both of the numbers are not in service. I ended up calling the 800-ASK-USPS number and filing a complaint yesterday. The package was attempted to be redelivered yesterday and is still sitting in the 10013 post office, so I called again today.
I wish I could find the e-mail for the US Postmaster general, I'd blast him. (Hey, it works for other companies...why not the postal service!)

That's so weird that you can't call A post office anymore. They should take the phone #s off the USPS.GOV site then.
