How to clean a car seat?

Last night Alan threw up in the car (very unexpected and very rare for him). He's ok - but the car seat still smells. I had taken it inside and tried to clean it with Nature's Miracle - but it appears that I will have to dissamble it and wash it. He has a Graco combo booster (the ones that have a harness to 40 lbs and then go to 80 lbs). Any hints on this would be appreciated.

(I'm glad he basically threw up on him and car seat, he didn't get the car's back seat all.)

Since I'm scared to death of vomit... I have my car set up incase Alie ever does that. I bought a carseat that would be able to wash easily. In the seat pocket, I have clorox wipes, plastic bag, plastic gloves, and travel paper towels. I know, I'm paranoid :O) Knocking on wood that it never happens!!!
