I guess I'm a natural born mother. I think the low pocket ones look less good. To my eye, the women look poured into them.

Not that I wear jeans anyway.

I agree with you. I think the "ideal" jeans don't look so great. I *like* the way the Levi's and even the Lee jeans look. The other tips, though, about grandma jeans and uniform color jeans and, ack, elastic waist insets seem to hit the nail on the hit (although I've worn ALL that stuff at some time or another).
