The next one'll be an HP. My first laptop was an HP and even though it was a refurb and likely several years old by the time it found its way to me I got a lot of mileage out of it, and it was a good choice. The repair experience wasn't bad, I found they were fairly responsive. Right now HP's got a netbook with comparable (a little better in some areas, little worse in others) specs to mine for about $75-$100 less than I paid for this one. If I weren't saving for a car I would've already traded up.
I'll almost certainly be getting it from the HP site. My first netbook was a Dell, and I enjoyed the dickens out of it until I watched the screen crack and die after having it for less than a year, and when Dell wouldn't lift a finger to help I resolved never to do business with them again. Maybe it's better if you're a business customer.
Seems like I've done business with Tiger Direct before, I know they have awesome deals from time to time, and I've had at least one friend who built herself an entire desktop system out of components she got from Tiger Direct. I hear good things :)
