lesliepearMy company changed medical and dental starting 1/1.
I have NO information about how to submit a dental claim to Met Life and I have an appointment on 1/5 (yes, Sunday). He's not in network. Hopefully, he'll work with me.
HR sent an e-mail to logon to Aetna to print a temporary ID card since it will take 2 weeks for the offical ones. I did. I couldn't find any ID card link - and Alan is missing from the information.
I think both of our HR people are out today. Grrr..
