Star Trek TNG on Family Guy :(

I had heard about this episode of Family Guy and was curious enough to watch it as I was a long ago TNG fan. I'm not a big Family Guy fan - although my SIL is.

But I was disappointed.

Legendary Star Trek fan passes away

I'm really surprised I didn't see this on any of my friend's lists. Joan Winston, organizer of the first Star Trek convention died.
