Busy Weekend

A busy weekend.

Friday night went to Home Depot with Mark (DH) to get flowers and soil for
potting plants on the deck. It isn't his thing, but I can't lift this year
(especially the 40 lb bag of soil I thought I needed).

Saturday morning ran errands. Tried to get a zipper to fix the brand new
maternity long sleeved shirt I had gotten off eBay (It broke the 2nd time I
wore it). No luck at the fabric store, nothing was the right size or kind - I
need a 22" lavendar seperating zipper. I then went on our patio (we have a
condo with a patio) and did the spring cleaning (we get lots of tree leaves and
junk on it) and planting. It looks much nicer now. I just need to replace 2
plastic chairs/cushions. We then had 2 couples over a BBQ.

Sunday we went with another couple to Mayfair in Allentown, PA. It's a small
arts/music festival. We weren't too sure about the weather but were glad we
went. We caught a little bit of a monty-pithonish comedy act, and saw a concert
with Karla Bonoff and her manager/backup Kenny Edwards. Very good show at no
cost :)

Yesterday, I went to the mall to use the certificate I got for my birthday. I
got a few things for myself including a maternity bathing suit - amazing the
first one I liked and tried fit - it never works that way with bathing suits.
(I also found some John Lennon/Carter's baby things at 50% off + 15% coupon at
Macy's - DH doesn't know I got them :) When I came home, I signed us up for the
condo pool for the season and we went to another friends house for a bit for
another BBQ.

Today I am tired :(
