Telephone Tag

Stil waiting to get in touch with the doctor's office about my ultrasound.
She called 5:35 PM last night (just after I left work).
Then she called about 9:10 PM last night (just before I got in from the grocery store with my husband).
Now she's not in till Thursday afternoon! Argh!

One Less Hassle

Tonight, I sold my dad's house in Florida that I inherited in April - we've got a verbal agreement now, now I need a real estate lawyer to verify things and hopefully it will go smoothly. It only took 2 weeks with broker...and just the right people found it - snowbirds (people who go north in summer and south in winter) and they liked the furniture and everything. (A lot of people thought it was small for full-time living, it was a nice little 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom attached house with a screened porch - kind of like a garden apartment.)

Yeah!

I got a good price too -- so either our house fund or little Alan's college fund will get some nice funding.
