Something about the water here.....
Aug. 29th, 2002 12:42 pmI wonder if people who are having trouble conceiving should work at my company...we seem to be having a baby boom:
I started working here January - probably about the time I became pregnant.
We had 3 babies born in April (2 moms left, one is on a long maternity leave)
Another one born in May (the mom is back, she pumps)
One born in August (mom is on maternity leave)
One due in September (around the 21st).
Me due in October (the 20th)
Another one due in November (about 2-3 weeks after me)
and today I found out that someone is due in January and another one in March. I don't know if any men in the company became parents ... and we've had 3 wedding that I know of in the company this year, and someone's engaged for a September 2003 wedding.
The company isn't even that big. We had maybe 100 people before we downsized in June - now I think we are 60-70 total.
Unfortunately, I don't like *my* job.
