For a very rare occassion he didn't have a good night.
When I got home last night around 7:20 he was sleeping with Mark (he was tired and was taking a nap with Alan). I don't know how long the nap was, but I think it messed him up. By the time we got him ready for bed (after 9, which is late for him), he didn't want to sleep. We tried crying and lying with him on the bed. Neither worked. Finally around 11:25 we took him to sleep in the futon bed in the other bedroom with us.
Sometime during the night I woke up and he was on top of me, I was on my side and he was lying on it crosswise - I may have been disoriented from sleeping in a different spot or just not awake, but when I sat up to get him OFF me, he ended up falling onto the floor next to the bed. He cried a little but seemed ok, and fell back asleep when I picked him up and put him back in bed with us. He was fine in the AM when the alarm went off at 6:30.
I wish we could all sleep in the bed in the master bedroom which has bedrails on both sides but for some reason we tend to get stuffed up in there (ongoing issue we've never figured out - whether its dust, mold, or somethign else), so Mark usually sleeps on the futon in the second bedroom. I'd love to open windows to air out the bedroom, but its too cold.
