Poor Alan

I fear our cosleeping days are gone. It seems anytime now you put him in bed with you, he starts to climb all over YOU! He keeps trying to lie on my side and he's too heavy (I sleep on my side).
Last night he woke up, his diaper leaked, DH came in and offered to take him after I changed and dressed him in dry PJ's. Then DH didn't sleep and he managed to climb over DH's side and on to the floor (it's a futon - a low drop - he's ok.). I think I had Alan with me for a while after than, then finally put him in his crib - anyway he's sleeping in their now, I'm letting him sleep late instead of watching Sesame Street today.

By the way, what size diapers are people using? I'm wondering if he needs to move up to a size 5 now (4 and 5 seem to overlap in weight ranges) - or should I use training pants as he now FIGHTS being on the changing table (tries to get down, instead of grabbing things on it.) I had bad luck with the pampers first steps when he was littler - I tried them overnight and they just didn't work (but he wasn't "toddler" shaped and walking yet). I have the 2T size and have used just 1 so far.

I can't believe he'll be 18 months on 4/15 (tax day!)

Bottles and Bed?

Alan get a bottle of milk (4 oz) before bed, but it is taken away when he is done and he doesn't sleep with it.
Other than the fact I should use a sippy cup, is this bad? I get confused with bed with bottle thing - I assume they are condeming him actually sleeping with it in the crib and not having a prebedtime drink.
