My MIL :)

Our sitter Nadia had to go to a funeral today (her husband's uncle). Since she's never asked for a day off in the time she's had Alan, we agreed to keep Alan for the day so she could go. My MIL came to our house and watched him. She took him out around the condo, to Shoprite (where he "sang" to the music on the PA, she thought he sounded like a singing dog!) and seemed to enjoy spending time with him. Tonight we came home and had to go sit shiva (pay a condolance call) to our friend's family. So she stayed till we came home which was about 9:30. It was very nice of her to give up her day to stay with Alan. (She came here as her A/C is broken). I'm really glad she's in my family :)
