Ten years ago, I:
1. I was 32
2. Living on Staten Island with my ex and his mom and grandmother
3. Working for CSFB doing back office computer stuff.
4. Had my mom's old car

Five years ago, I:
1. was 37
2. living with Mark and 2 or 3 cats in his apartment
3. consulting under a client boss I despised, preparing for Y2K
4. slowly paid off debt and started savings

One year ago, I:
1. was 41
2. working the first fall season in 2 years (off the previous two due to 9/11 and Alan)
3. dealing with Alan's first antibiotic dosage at 14 months

So far this year, I:.
1. had successful treatment for thyroid cancer
2. made an offer on a house which was rejected
3. had a nice vacation in the PA dutch country
4. celebrated Alan's 2nd birthday

Yesterday, I:
1. did lots of laundry
2. dusted spots that hadn't been done in years
3. almost cleaned Alan's bottles out of the cabinet, and organized some other no longer used baby stuff
4. gave Alan a bath

Today, I:
1. woke up and showered
2. mailed a package via stamps.com
3. went to boring work

Tomorrow, I will:
1. Wake up
2. see my dentist about my painful tooth
3. survive another day of work

In one year, I will:
1. have a three year old!
2. have another job, i hope.
3. attend my 25th HS reunuin
4. have a house (even if a vacation one).
5. lose weight
6. have my first thyroid cancer follow up scan (but hopefully no more treatments)

In five years, I will:
1. have a son in public school!
2. definitely not be living in the condo
3. probably not have my pink car anymore :(
4. have good retirement savings and continued good health.

Mom @ 57 to twins?
