Feeling Lazy
Nov. 24th, 2004 09:14 amTired today. Took Alan to daycare as I took today off (afraid of traffic coming home tonight especially since it is going to rain). Dropped my car at the mechanic (oil change, fix the cigarette lighter (aka cell phone plug) and fix the inside light so it will go on when the passenger door opens). I'm off when I get unlazy to cleanout my closet from summer to winter at last. (I'll get my box storage later, I hope).
Busy weekend coming up:
Thursday - dinner at my cousins at 5. Both cousins, at least one with new SO, their 3 kids, us, and my grandmother and her aide. I think it will be ok. Hopefully my grandmother be with one of the aides we know who are nice and we trust. My cousins and their new SOs do get along which is very good. Jim, the SO who I think is cooking went to the culinary institute so I think we will have a good dinner and not Whole Foods takeout this year.
Friday - shopping in the AM. We'll take Alan (he's gone every year so far). Toys R Us is not a stop for us though :) We need a DVD/VCR and blank DVD's. So we have to see where we'll go and for what. Then to my MILs for a 2nd thanksgiving with us, my MIL and SIL and Mark's uncle and SO.
Saturday - I have a 9:30 endocrinologist appointment. Just bloodwork (at least thyroid stuff isn't affected by thanksgiving day dinners). Then Saturday night we go out to our friends Linda, Mike and Jeff and we are eating out with another friend.
Sunday - LAUNDRY :) Rest (probably not knowing Mark!)
