Phone upgrade?

I really hate my Nokia 3390 phone. It isn't a flip phone, so I've dialed stuff too many times accidentally. And it seems to lose its charge way too quickly.

I called T-Mobile to see what I can do: the 3320 Nokia is 34.99 with a 2 year commitment. The fancier Nokia with a flip phone cover is 114.00 (ouch). The cool Motorola Razr is 49.99 with a year commitment.

I like Nokia phones - all their chargers are interchangable - my husband has a t-mobile prepaid 6010 (not crazy about that phone). I'd prefer to stay with t-mobile as they have the lowest price, low usage plan - I pay 20.00 a month - all other companies start at 30 or 40 a month. (and I don't want a prepaid one, I'd like to keep this # that I've had since 1997).

I looked on eBay for a used phone but couldn't find anything, too many choices for an unlocked or t-mobile phone.

Anyone have any thoughts?

Oh no

This morning didn't start so good. Alan was up late and was tired. I bumped his head on his dresser while trying to get him out of his bed and dressed. No damage done, but I felt klutzy.

Tonight I got home late (traffic) and then gave Alan his antibiotic in milk (he's on a milk kick -- not great for his cold). I then tried to give him cold medicine in his juice - he ended up falling asleep on the couch, drink in hand. My husband noticed his tooth was crooked - the one I'd accidentally bumped on Tuesday. Eventually we put him in bed, I changed his diaper and put sweats on him instead of jeans. He felt warm so I looked for an ear thermometer. He had a 101.5 fever? I went to get the feverall suppositories - and when he stood up I noticed a big hole on top - it looks like the tooth I bumped, fell out. I ended up calling the dentist, he'd like to see him but not until he's not fevered. I don't know what this will do his speech or his self consciousness or his eating. I wish I knew where to find other children who had early loss of teeth and know they are ok - I just feel like a bad mommy right now - I'm sure if he had not had the old injury, he wouldn't have lost the tooth - I know he didn't bump that hard at all.

Sigh.
