Anyone have United Healthcare?

Tried to call them regarding a question and am getting a recorded message that their offices are closed due to an emergency - getting the same message on consumer, provider and general corporate phone #s.

Anyone know what is going on?

Updated: Reached someone at corporate - apparently their phones/internet crashed and it isn't all the way back yet. I supposed that triggered the emergency message, but it wasn't an emergency you'd find on the net.

I found this on eBay for Alan. I'm not worried about the missing screws, I'm sure a trip to Home Depot or Lowes will fix it.

I just wonder if I can attach a shelf of some kind for a bedside light and a clock/radio. (There are really cute Cars ones out that Alan would like).
