Milk in Apple Juice?

HP Hood LLC is recalling pint and half-gallon containers of “ Hood 100% Apple Juice” due to undeclared milk.
The product was distributed to retail locations, distributors, and institutions throughout New England (Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont).
The product is packaged in plastic pint and half-gallon containers and has a code date of NOV 14/06 and a plant code of 2508.
Consumers may return the product to the place of purchase for a refund. Consumers with questions may contact the company at (800) 242-2423.
I know these alerts are important to those with allergies - but how the !(@#!)(# did 100% apple juice get milk in it in the first place? (Or is it one of those warnings that it was processed on equipment also used for milk?)
