Feel all dragged out today - had a cold since yesterday (and that time of the month since Wednesday.)

Also my elbow (right) is acting weird. I banged it tuesday against the toilet lid - thought I brused it - now I get this weird burning pain when moving it - or sitting with elbow on thigh. Nerve problem?

Alan has been very defiant to me lately - he'll run away so I chase him and he laughs. I feel like he won't listen to me - what can I do?
