Odds and Ends

I *think* we sold the car tonight. They paid, we gave them a reciept and the title and keys (we only had 5!) and they were coming back with other plates to take the car home (hopefully it will get to NY). It wasn't gone when we got back around 9....hopefully I won't see it in the morning.

I also found to my relief that something I thought was due workwise Friday is due the 28th (so really the 26th, I'm off on the 28 which is Black Friday).

Alan had to bring a toy in for show and tell this AM. We forgot to pick one out last night. So just before 8 when we were rushing out the door, I suggested his Leapster. He agreed. Tonight he had a surprise box to do. He kept rejecting my ideas - but he liked the idea of his Cars Slippers. So I wrote 3 clues for him (not sure if I was supposed to or he was) and put them in the box. I think these will be a surprise



I realized tonight I managed to buy 2 of the same shirt for Alan - both were from the Gap on clearance (not the same price). I don't think I can return one without a receipt though - I didn't get them at the same time as the clearance prices were not the same (one was 6.99, the other 8.99)!

Anyway back to bed, just had to do my daily blog :)
