I'm still looking for "the perfect" mp3 player as well. I thought the Neuros looked great and it would probably be at the top of my list except I've heard that the functionality isn't very consistent. From what I've heard and read its features are great ideas but still need some work. They say the next version should have the bugs worked out though.
Even though it's not one of my "must have" features, I thought the FM transmitter on the Neuros was a cool bonus feature and would probably use it a lot - both in the car and at the office. My biggest needs/wants are minimum 20Gb storage space, WMA support (I've ripped most of my cd collection in Windows Media) and good software/interface (ability to make playlists on the fly, add songs from any USB connection, etc.). Rio seems to make players that are "smart" and remember which songs you like and don't like - I thought that was cool. I've seen several jukeboxes with remote controls, although I can't recall which ones at the moment. That would come in really handy (pun intended) while driving. I'll be interested to hear what you end up with. I doubt I'll get one anytime soon but I keep looking.
