While the FM receiver is neat...how often would you use it? For me, one of the big reasons for wanting one of these things is because the radio is never playing what I want to hear! We got an iPod right before Christmas and have been pleased with it. We got the FM transmitter (iTrip) to go with it and it sucks, but that is the only thing related to the iPod that I've been disappointed with. The controls on the iPod are great, it displays a lot of info, and it's very sleek and compact. Looked at the iRiver at the time we got the iPod, and I thought the iRiver looked very clunky compared to the iPod. My two cents...worth about 2 cents :-)
