How did you find the email addy for higher ups at Learning Curve? While I don't expect them to do something just cause I suggested it, I've mailed the general address a few times and never gotten a response - like not even an auto-responder! (Basically suggesting hey- we have a bazillion trains, lots of freight cars, but only Annie and Clarabel in the "coach" department...how bout Express Coaches, Emily's Coaches, etc)
That's good they are replacing the broken one though!
As far as Alan being an only...I grew up as virtually an only child, and it wasn't bad :-)
