Argh

I'm working from home today because of work to be done. One item was the state inspection of our condo. They check for 2 things - an automatic door closer and a working smoke detector. Well, our smoke detector is broken. Guess I'll go to Target later (hopefully I can find the 10% card they sent me).

Later a handyman is coming to fix both our toilets which have flushing issues and replace the guest bathroom faucet. It sticks and Alan can't turn it. It will be nice for him to be able to do it himself!

There is always something that is broken and need to repair or be replaced. It's the same for us too. But they do not check the smoke detector. I wish they did.
