I went back to the doctor tonight as my sinus infection has moved down to my lungs and the erythromycin is not working. After discussion with the doctor, he prescribed 2 medicines - entrex PSE (which is guarfesine and psuedofed and I think ok for nursing) and levaquin which he said is not. He said to pump and dump for 10 days. This would be hard for me as Alan (10 months old) is basically day weaned at this point - he just nurses at night and in the morning. I nursed him about 10 minutes after I took the levaquin figuring it couldn't do any harm at that point. I hope this wasn't the last time :( Can anyone look this stuff up?

I was never 100% bfing and had stopped pumping at work a few weeks ago. But I did enjoy nighttime nursing.
