Still no home for Inky. The one on Long Island said no, but is trying to help anyway. (She has some illness issues with FIV+ in her group). I'm glad she didnt NOT go to the home in Georgia - one of her outside cats (she has a large amount of land) was SHOT in an act of cruelty yesterday. Inky would never go out, but it still worries me.

I'm trying to contact a few local NJ rescue groups who have adoption days Saturday. I need to know what I need to do when I show up with Inky. You'd think they'd call back and tell me!

Anyone want to adopt a cat? Please?

Have you checked in usenet (google groups) rec.pets.cats groups, or perhaps the feline-l mailing list?

Checked feline-l (I'm a member) and cyberkat on yahoogroups also (two that didn't work out were from that list). Even e-mailed a few yahoogroups rescue groups :(
