This Am

Last night I decided to stay with DH in the second bedroom and see if Alan would sleep.
I went to bed about 11:15 PM
I woke up around 1:30 ish to go to the bathroom.
I woke up again around 5. DH was having trouble sleeping (he was stuffed up - allergies) so I went back to the master bedroom to sleep. Alan was sleeping in his crib. I picked him up and put him in bed with me.
DH woke us up around 6:30. Alan was still sleepy. He tossed and turned and didn't really wake up for 10 minutes or so. (You'd think he didn't want to go to work or something!). But he was in a really good mood this morning once he woke up. And he just drank 4 oz of pear juice so he was hungry/thirsty :)

If Alan was asleep in his crib, how come you picked him up? I'm sure that's a cardinal sin somewhere! :)

Normally he starts the night in the crib and sometime during the night he winds up with me nursing (he just nurses at night).

I missed him, so I put him in bed with me :)

I understand the missing factor. When Ethan wakes up at 6 a.m., I bring him to our bed and we snuggle for an hour. It's my favorite hour of the day.
