My sister in law was telling me about these crescent rolls and spinach leaves things that were tasty, and I'm trying to find a recipe for them. I believe she said it had cream cheese in it, too. Mmmm, I've been craving spinach horribly lately. Now spinach pancakes sound good, too.

Alan loves spinach. He loves Boston Market creamed spinach and Seabrook farms brand creamed spinach also. I hope it lasts, someday I'll try him on raw spinach.

I've got Dustin loving raw spinach. We make a spinach salad. I rip it up and add some shredded cheese and sunflower seed kernels to it, and he gobbles it up.

Thanks for the tip! I never noticed these before, but I'll have to look for them (in with the frozen foods, right?).

I *love* a few potato pancakes with my sour cream.... :-) And I bet I'll like the spinach and broccoli ones too!

Frozen food section white box. Check the website to see what stores carry them - whole foods does. They are in a lot of supermarkets in our area because they are made in NJ in Elmwood Park.
