Teddy's doctor called last night to cancel our appointment and apologize that they are sending all of the vaccines to Western states that need them right now. He said the might get more next week and we should call to reschedule. Damnit.
I called our pediatrician this morning and her office staff told me she wasn't recommending the vaccine for children who were generally healthy and espcecially not for kids who were not in daycare. I could get it if I wanted us to, but I think we'll decline.
Our doctor didn't think getting flu shots for Aaron and Hannah was necessary this year, and I never get them, but am re-thinking this due to the severity of this year's outbreak.
