Thrush

I had it in my mouth when I was pregnant (as well as a yeast infection).
Alan had it - I gave him 10 days of diflucan - but I just looked, his
tounge is white again.
I have spots in my mouth again - and my DH's tounge is whitish also. I'm
taking oral nystatin (swish/swallow).
I'll call the pediatrician tommorrow AM - it doesn't appear to be on my
nipples yet - should I STOP breastfeeding and pump?
