Update

Had our one month checkup this AM. Alan's 20 3/4" and 8 lbs 10 oz - 25th
percentile. The doctor was not concerned about the weight as he'd dropped
down to nearly 7 lbs after birth. She thinks he's doing well the
breastfeeding and supplimentation - I should try 4 oz when giving a
bottle now (I'd been doing between 2 and 4 oz - not always consistantly.)
Mark (DH) was small growing up until he got to college, so perhaps Alan
will be the same.

I was supposed to have the evaluation this AM about
Post-partum-depression (although I am doing better). However, the checkup
ran late, then I needed to drop DH home, and feed Alan. I ended up
rescheduling for Thursday which will make it a VERY busy day - the
evalouation, mother-baby group (hopefully someone ELSE will show up) and
LaLecheLeague that night. Fortunately all are baby friendly and perhaps
at LLL I can figure out my sling at last. I tried it last night, but it
still doesn't seem right.

We may have found an in-home provider, and will check her out on
Wednesday. The county gave us a list of in-home people in our town and 1
nearby town - but they were confused - I called one of the #s , and it
was someone looking for day care :(
