Jan. 19th, 2005 09:42 amSo I call to make Alan's 2.5 year check for April on a Saturday morning after getting a postcard.
After I make the appointment, they remind me there is a 50.00 fee if you don't cancel with 24 hours notice. Sheesh! I am not worried as by April we shouldn't have snow problems and I'm usually a very courtieous person. I'd probably only cancel before that if there was a true emergency.
