For a snowy weekend I did a lot.
Mark was sick this weekend (fever, chills). Not sure if it was the flu but I think he's run down from not sleeping enough. Unfortunately he's been getting sick it seems one day every weekend lately which is hard on me. Being self employed he pushes himself very hard - he needs to relax a bit sometimes.
Yesterday I assembled the tricycle I'd gotten at Target for Alan. Not hard, but I did need to borrow a wrench from a neighbor. Alan tried to help (dropping a bolt down the handlebar fork at one point). But once it was assembled and I sat him on it, he didn't like it.
I also did a lot of computer stuff. I installed Mark's new printer (Epson C86, not bad but we need ink already - starter cartridges don't have much ink and he printed 100+ pages for work.) I also installed the new Verizon DSL router and upgraded my machine to Windows XP service pack 2. I even fixed my browser problem where I couldn't open new windows. I need to get a printer for myself (probably an all in one) and figure out why windows firewall won't enable. (Any ideas?). (When I can get Mark's computer, I'll upgrade him to SP2, I need to do it when he's not working or surfing.)
I crashed last night early figuring I'd be shoveling today. I got both cars out and went to the supermarket (which was open, even the Dunkin Donuts inside). I also did 2 loads of laundry this AM. Mark's taking it easy, Alan's playing in the living room. It's too cold to take him out in the snow, and he's been coughing and sneezing. I've had a throat tickle. I hope we aren't getting sick.
