Recipie I made for International Food Day

From my old recipie files - I think my mom had made this, the index card is in my handwriting from years ago:

Noodle Pudding

1 lb egg noodles
4 eggs
4 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 29oz can fruit cocktail
Salt
Cinnamon sugar

Cook noodles. Drain. Drain fruit cocktail. Add salt, eggs, sugar, and lemon juice to fruit cocktail.  Mix. Put in 8 x 12 inch pan. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top. Bake in 350-degree oven for 50 minutes.
