lesliepearI do have interest in Trek fandom, but have never gotten into Enterprise. I am sharing this e-mail I received from my local chapter of Starfleet in case others are interested:

I would first like to introduce myself. I am sure many of you have never heard of me. My name is Tim Brazeal. I am the founder of www.saveenterprise.com. We are a website dedicated Star Trek and Star
Trek Enterprise and keeping it on the air. We have a very large group of members on our site with over 200 million hits in the last nine months.
I am not sure if you are aware that Star Trek Enterprise is in danger of cancellation right now and may not be back for another season. I speak at
many conventions and most fans have no idea there is a problem. They assume the show will run for seven seasons as did all others but TOS. The
problem is Mr. Leslie Moonves (President of CBS) says that he thinks that Star Trek needs a break for a few years. This is an executive's way of
saying canceled and gone for good. No new Star Trek ever!
We [SaveEnterprise.com] have been featured in a number of media this year (currently in the new Communicator and UFO Mag, USAToday and many others)
and are trying to rally all of the support we can for Star Trek and Enterprise. IF we can all work together and get Enterprise picked up for
another season, other Trek will follow. If Enterprise is cancelled, I fear we are seeing an end to Trek. The next headline about Trek could be the
obit: Star Trek dead at 38.
Why have I emailed you all? Support for Star Trek of course. We need to get as many quality letters sent to Mr. Leslie Moonves as possible.
Quality and quantity. If you are attending the Creation Grand slam in Pasadena in March, please see our home page at www.saveenterprise.com. We
are planning something big and need your support there as well. If you or your chapter is in the L.A. area, we could really use your support for a
special event we have planned. I was invited as a guest speaker at the con, so if you are going to attend, please look me up. We also have a
booth there as well.
Your support is needed in a major way right now so please write Mr.Moonves and let him know that you want to see new episodes of Enterprise
and the Star Trek franchise continue on. Time is NOT on our side. Please mail your letters now.
If you are a member of the Nielsen's family please tune into Enterprise on
Friday nights at 8:00. Ratings and letters are the only thing that can
Save Star Trek.
