Two questions for my LJ friends

1. How hard is it to move or put in an electrial outlet. My SIL's new apartment could use a few in different places, I don't think her landlord will do it. I've changed light switches, including putting in Ground-fault-interrupter ones.

2. Is there anyone from the UK on my friends list who might know anyone with HSBC bank? We found a bank statement belonging to my SIL's late SO from the Picadilly branch in London from 2000 and want to see if it is still around and can be claimed by the SO's family. If we could e-mail them, we could probably get what info is needed. (I know in the US stuff becomes unclaimed property after 5 years, don't know what the UK would do). He'd opened the account in the UK many years ago while living there. (No, we won't yell at them unless we HAVE to, we are trying a polite inquiry first!)
