2. He needs to watch less TV anyway.
3. First thing in the morning is not the time to test NEW software.
4. I need to fix your DVD so you stop bugging me about copying stuff. Let me have a chance to do it.

1. PBS Sprout (Thomas) on Demand isn't working this morning. Whinning at me won't fix it.
