Not terribly upset about LJ being sold. Both the place my husband consults for and my own company were sold last year. And since Six Apart didn't fire my boss the day the deal was finalized ("head count issues" - supposedly he and the NOW GONE hr person didn't agree...) it should have little affect on me personally. Maybe some cool tools to make my blog pretty or read other blogs at the same time. (Unfortunately, it won't lead to a q/a job as they are in San Francisco :( ).

No snow. Just a little ice on the car this AM. Alan was so excited about the snow last night, he wanted to make a snowman. He was in a really good mood this AM which was nice.
And we've resolved our bank issue - although last night we heard some bank officer (not the bank we were fighting with) named Gottlieb was shot on Long Island - not a relative.

Still need to ship out my .10 cent listing day eBay auctions, ran out of envelopes - I don't think I'll do a lot again at one time, maybe in dribs and drabs (Mark doesn't know about this - and I hide the stuff and have no room for it.)

Nope, it was last week (2 days after xmas). There's usually a cheap or free day twice a year - once around xmas and once near the end of june.

I shouldn't have gone out for envelopes, I wound up more bargains for Alan :)
