I have a waffle iron and love it.

I got it for my wedding 6 years ago.

This is kind of a "cheater" way to do waffles, but Eggo Nutrigrain waffles are really good, and made with whole grains. Just pop them in the toaster, and they're quick and easy for a fast breakfast. I put yogurt on top instead of syrup. Applesauce on top is also good.

I've tried the Eggo Nutrigrain pancakes, and didn't like them. They were solid and soggy, not light and fluffy like pancakes should be.

We've tried those - you may also like the Kashi healthy ones. My MIL eats those plain for a snack.

Maybe I'll try them with yogurt or applesauce for Alan so he eats healthier.

I got this one for my Grandfather, and he enjoyed the heck out of it the year he had it. He passed away -my Mom inherited it and tells me she enjoys doing pancakes on it.

Our house's builtin stove has a griddle top, and it works well...once I figured out that turning it on HIGH resulted in insta-blackened pancakes.

Call me a slacker, I think the Log Cabin pancake mix is tasty :-)
