If the Feds don't want people snooping outside then they shouldn't be using wireless in the first place. That's the mistake Goering made in WW2 - he would send attack orders out to airfields by radio and the British intercepted and decoded a fair number of them. All he had to do was stick to wires and it would have been a lot easier for his pilots.
