Thanks for the update that cooked spinach is fine.

I confirmed this with 2 of the mfgs. Spinach is the only vegetable I can get Alan to eat, so at least he can continue to have some greens.

I was so annoyed when this news came out - for the same reason. If my daughter won't eat any other source of Iron, SPINACH is the fill-in - she LOVES the stuff. Ironically, we had no spinach in the house when the warning came out (this is a rarity for us). Glad to know that someone else has a child with a spinach craving.

We love spinach too, but have been enjoying it from my mom's garden this summer. Yummmm!
