lesliepearOpen my mail this AM to find e-mails from NJ Transit about accepting bus passes on the trains due to an accident on 495 (the road to the Lincoln tunnel). No other details about what happened.
So, I turn on TV to see what's up.
I find news about Senator Johnson's stroke and new details about Princess Diana's death. Neither of which is particularly useful at the moment, if either. Finally Channel 11 news has traffic - there was a garbage truck (ick!) over turned on the outbound road closing that. So that's what has snarled traffic all over NJ!
Alan's sitter doesn't get to the house till 8, so I really can't leave early. Mark offered to take Alan and go in late himself, but it didn't matter. My boss takes the bus also...he'll understand!
