lesliepearI feel so out of the loop working at home. I've heard its crazy there today. But they are also using smelly paint in our office renovations so maybe it is a good day to be home.
So I went shopping at lunch since it's Gymbucks time @ Gymboree.
And there were a few weird calls:
One for "Arthur" which is my ex husbands name. No idea why they'd call here. (I haven't seen him since 1998 and I doubt he knows where I am).
Another from a friend who told us his dad is dying of lung cancer. His dad was president of the company our friend runs (although his dad was retired to Florida and just oversaw at times). He was very calm about it...weird.
Anyway I'm off tommorrow. We are going to Reading, PA. My husband is going to a meeting so that one company may buy my husband's client so my husband can hopefully be paid the $ the client owes. While they meet, Alan and I will perhaps find the outlets. We may stay overnight and see the PA Dutch Country (or not).
And probably the week after next I'll be in NYC 5 days a week :(
