The house looks very nice. Your prices are so great out there compared to ours - just at a glance I'd say something similar out here would run around $600-$700K, sigh.

You live in CA, the only place more expensive than Bergen County, NJ (this is a very cheap house for around here).

Still no details from the realtor. Bummer :(
